1. Data controller and purpose

Data controller: NowHub (contact details will be made available in the registration interface).

Purposes of processing: to manage account registration and provide the service; to communicate announcements and launches; to personalise the service; to manage support and billing; and to comply with legal obligations.

2. Categories of data and legal bases

Data collected at registration: email address, first and last name.

Legal bases: performance of the contract and compliance with pre‑contractual obligations; the User's consent where applicable; legitimate interest for service improvement and security.

3. Retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing and while a contractual relationship exists. Thereafter, data will be archived/blocked for the periods required by applicable law to meet legal obligations and possible liabilities arising from the relationship.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be disclosed to technical and hosting providers, payment processors and external advisers who provide necessary services for the Platform. All such parties act as processors or controllers in accordance with applicable law.

No international transfers outside the EU/EEA will be made unless adequate safeguards are in place (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and Users are informed where required.

5. Data subject rights

The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under applicable law by sending a request to NowHub's contact details. The User also has the right to withdraw consent where applicable without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal, and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

6. Security measures

NowHub implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. However, no measures can guarantee absolute security on the Internet.

7. Minors' data

The Platform is not directed at children under 14 years of age. If NowHub becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a minor without the appropriate consent, it will delete such data without undue delay.
